Everyone should be able to learn a trade in high school so they can get a decent job right away. Then if they want to go to college they can and will have the means to pay for some if not all of it

this! cold thing is i tested out of HS .. I didnt learn a trade (IT) until i got locced up . If i didnt get locced up, i'd prolly be at McDonalds or a warehouse right now

Engineer lane is flooded with people and the type of jobs hiring are not in the cities like for petroleum and the young brehs don't want to relocate.

I work at a Black owned engineering firm in the DC metro area and we’re hiring. And I’m one of 2 hiring managers... But I might (will) try to low ball you.
