Jup. Once in the WWE, and he broke Hardcore Holly's arm.

Once in TNA, against Kenny D in a cage match...at least, he allegedly hit him with a moonsault (cause he won with the pin afterwards), but actually he overshot the mark and perhaps hit Mr Kenny D with the tips of his fingers. But Kenny, being the frail SoB that he is, probably tore off his rotator cuff and broke 14 of his ribs, so the moonsault was a succes.
