My fault not Darby i was thinking of Jimmy havoc :lolbron:. But it's pro wrestling if they wanted cage to look dominant he could of but I'm gonna agree to disagree on this but I will say have to hunt for impact while I can just turn MLW on if I'm at home.

jimmy havoc is signed to AEW brohski.

MLW is not top 5. the impact guys that wrestle in MLW, don't even give MLW their full effort.

the mere idea of letting your world champion lose in a gimmick battle royal on another company's pre-show is bad business. doesn't matter if he tosses 15 people.

you think MLW would've let filthy tom Lawlor participate in that match? I doubt it.

Jimmy havoc is still listed on MLW roster and I just seen him on their programming a couple weeks ago he may be gone in October but as of now he still MLW.

Like I said before you may be right in most cases but AEW got the juice and impact is cold and they need something to get them some buzz Cage losing may look bad but right now who really cares about impact right now for it to really matter in the grand scheme of things and this coming from a fan of the product

the point is, jimmy havoc didn't appear on the show as a loan from MLW. he is a contracted AEW wrestler that's allowed to still work in MLW for the next few months.
he barely showed up in MLW anyway.

letting your champion get jobbed out in a jabroni match would kill whatever buzz they have left.
and to keep it 100, impact is still putting on better shows than "double or nothing". so hell nah, no way would I let cage in that match.

Like I said I'm going to agree to disagree cause we obviously see impact in two different ways

not really.

i think we just see wrestling's business/politics in two different ways.

i already said impact is 2nd-tier as a company. theyre the top 2nd-tier company tho.
and its not like having your champion on an AEW show is actual exposure for them. AEW doesn't have many casual wrestling fans yet.
