Udoka had the team playing disciplined ball, prioritizing defense, had the team ready for Spo's zone which Mazz completel failed.
The team was well prepared in the Finals but Curry went super saiyan, hitting 35ft+ step backs with defenders on his grill. That's not on the HC.
