The topic isnt cops shooting and getting away with murder...

the issue is "Democrat policies that allow shooters to not be arrested"....

trying to turn it around and make it about police shootings.... like somehow police shootings are due to democrat policies?

the Justice in Policing act was pushed to try to address that issue specifically...

so even when yall twist the conversation you still look dumb...

just name the democrat policies yall are speaking of and we can keep it moving

You probably dont follow politics that closely so let me help you out...

The bill enhances existing enforcement mechanisms to remedy violations by law enforcement. Among other things, it does the following:

  • lowers the criminal intent standard—from willful to knowing or reckless—to convict a law enforcement officer for misconduct in a federal prosecution,
  • limits qualified immunity as a defense to liability in a private civil action against a law enforcement officer, and
  • grants administrative subpoena power to the Department of Justice (DOJ) in pattern-or-practice investigations.

:unimpressed:

heres the funny thing....

the person im responding to is saying democrats have a policy supporting shootings...

I ask what policy....

then you come here rambling...and at the end of it... you don't know any policies...

you just responding to exercise your keyboard
