Im watching Captain America: First Avenger for the first time

I found this video movie which is from the Captain America: Super Soldier Video game that came out with the movie a few years back. It doesn't follow the same exact story of the movie but is pretty good especially when they got the original movie cast doing the voice acting. I never played the video game but may check it out now from this clip.

I think its underrated..the thor movies are more overrated...but still doesn't compare to iron man 2 and especially 3 - how the subsequent sequels got worse from that franchise I will never understand

Cap was a good movie, its just that Captain America's origins are set in the WW2 era which has been rehashed and done to death and his story is fairly straight-forward compared to most other heroes. Its what it needed to be in order to get us to this point with the Winter Soldier now

I liked it a lot. Great summer popcorn flick. Made me anxious for the avengers. Probably had to see it in theaters to really enjoy it.

Its my 2nd fav marvel movie......its really the only marvel movie I watched multiple times besides Avengers. Also its one of my fav superhero movies, like another poster said its a period piece, designed to capture the golden age of comics

Being a virgin ain't a requirement to lift Mjolnir , you trying to say the God of Thunder can't perform under pressure :haha:


The requirements of lifting Mjolnir are based around being worthy, part of which is being able to replace Thor in Ragnarok. Basically if you aren't a near pure-hearted Warrior that can perform on par with Thor in pure combat, you can't lift it. Only a handful of people in comics period would fill that requirement
