What are some HIIT Examples

For example:

Treadmill - walk for 5min as warm up. Once that 6min mark hit sprint for 30-1min, whatever you're comfortable with, then go back to a walk/jog. You can switch it up to what you see fit, you know, customize your own routine.

1 Pound a week sounds like easy work. I remember losing 3 or so pounds per week when I had my weekly fitness classes when training for Policing.

You already got the exercise part down so all you need to do now is find an online calorie calculator and calculate how many calories you need to maintain your current weight and then start a deficit.

Buy yourself a food scale and start tracking your calories.
