thats the weekly minimum.
so far what im doing is,

Making Smoothies. with Kale Or Spinach, Carrots, Apples, Bananas, and Sometimes i put some orange in there. sometimes i leave it slightly chunky to chew on some of the pieces to feel full. these smoothies are my breakfast.
im thinking about having 2 of these a day and one full meal. what would you add or remove in the smoothies? what concoctions would you reccommend?

i workout a minimum of an hour about 3 times a week at the moment. im moving up to 4 times quite soon.

and dieting.

would you reccommend thew Paleo Diet?? has anyone ever tried it?

and i drink about 8 cups of water a day. should i drink more? i heard close to a gallon a day but im not sure.

Carbs don't matter. Paleo is unnecessary weight loss. Only way to lose weight is with a calorie deficit. Eat 500 calories less and get some exercise in frequently and be consistent.

I think you should eat your food instead of drinking it but it's your choice. Put less fruit and more vegetables in those smoothies.

What vegetables would you recommend?

And I'm still trying to have 1 or 2 smoothies and 1 full meal.

I drink the smoothies because It helps me down vegetables with ease. I don't care for. Most vegetables but for now I just drink them.

Whatever vegetables you like that are good. The ones that you could eat everyday without you hating it. I'm sure there's a list of the healthiest vegetables and variety won't hurt but for now I think you should just eat the stuff you like cause that's what will be what you can stick to.

The reason why I said less fruit and more vegetables is because you can get more food for the amount of calories. You don't have to eat vegetables but I like them because you can eat so much of it and not use up too many of your calories. But if you prefer taste than keep it the same. My favorite vegetable is broccoli. I also like spinach, asparagus, kale, lettuce, cucumbers, celery. I like getting my carbs from sweet potatoes and beans.

The two main ways I know of to lose weight are to either count your calories or your macros and stay at a deficit

The other way is to just cut out junk food and only drink water. Then you just eat vegetables, lean meats, and other healthy foods. By doing that you create a deficit just because those foods are lower in calories so you'll end up losing weight.

I prefer the first way cause I don't feel as restricted and can eat whatever I want without stressing over if somethings healthy or not.

True. I cut out junk food. If I have some chips they're unsalted and I follow the serving size. So far I like carrots, kale and spinach. That's what I'm on. And I add banana's and an apple
I want to try and learn how to cook lean meats and new foods that are good for me. I'm just getting cookbooks for healthy meals. I'm just starting up something

Keep going a year from now you'll look back and :wow:

For cooking meat it's very simple to cook chicken and fish in the oven. Or if you have the money you can get a George Foreman grill

Yeah, you don't really need cardio. It's really all about calories and what you eat. You cut out the stuff you usually eat, you'll lose weight without having to lift a finger....

Op, you don't necessarily "need" cardio but it will benefit you. Cardio allows you to eat more which is good for most people especially if they're weight training. It also will speed up your fat loss. Besides, don't you want a stronger heart, more stamina, and you get cut quickly? A caloric deficit is all there is needed to lose weight, but only an idiot will tell you cardio won't help.

Best of luck bro.
