The best way to do that is to not have your ideals psyche you out breh. Other than being the most physically attractive choice and being culturally Black, BWs are like any other women. So if you know how to talk to women you should have no problem in this situation.
If you want to be with a sista then you just need to interact with them. Have fun with the conversation, it’s not a life or death situation. The more you do that, the more you’ll see that they like anybody else. Honestly tho, I think you trolling. But if not, just trust me when I say relax, be comfortable with yourself, be in the moment, and enjoy every interaction and experience with them. It’s not that serious.
Edit: Next time you at work and you see a sista you find attractive, use good eye contact and be sure you look relaxed, don’t make no sour or sad faces as if you lost before you started. Talk to her, pepper in a light joke or two, if you’re really comfortable throw in a compliment or two. Don’t think of this convo as anything at all just a talk.
