So a white person who is active in the black community as an activist can use the "n" word. Not sure what part of the country your in but like some previous posters have noted, some of us hispanics grew up in a black community where saying what up my nikka, is the same as saying what up son, what up b. Its a form of salutation.
I grew up in East New York where the population is predominately black and hispanic. Like I said it was something we grew up saying, not thinking much of it. Sure now a days I say it less considering where I am at now in life.
