I know they run the porn, anime, combat sports, and used to be in the wrestling industry. I know Pro Wrestling NOAH & PRIDE FC (Defunct MMA Company) had a Yakuza scandal. That's what made PRIDE go under. Anyway, they know how to be organized and intimidating. They are very organized and have offices set up. These are guys you DON'T wanna fukk with. So, if you go to Japan don't get in their way. I know one directer he was Japanese made Yakuza movies. I wouldn't call it victimless, but they move to build. Yakuza is an institution that touches all parts of commerce, and they operate in such a way that japan for the most part tolerates them. They are charitable as well. If you aren't a criminal yourself, yakuza are just regular people with an imposing presence.

Exactly. They haven't lasted this long by luck. And they aren't the most educated or anything, but they keep that rah-rah shyt saved for very special occasions. I'm no advocate of crime, but fools could learn a thing or two about doing your dirt without catching bodies. Instead, people step over each other and make it tougher on everyone.
