I'm seeing tons of conflicting threads here now that summer is approaching

I see a lot of guys wanting to whip into quick shape and have a summer body in minimal time

Truth is majority of y'all not getting that body y'all hoping for:yeshrug:

Not tryna crush dreams but it just don't work like that

Most of y'all aren't even consistent lifters

It's all about how much muscle mass you've got

Let's say for instance we have two guys trying to get into summer shape by June

They both weigh 210 and stand at 6'2

Guy A can bench squat and dead 200 max

Guy B can bench squat and dead 315 max

They both follow the same diet and workout plan
Guy B gonna look a lot better due to having more to work with

You gotta have a good Solid base to start Off with in order to get really nice results that some of y'all hoping for

You can definitely make solid results from now to June but if your base is weak just focus on summer 19:francis:

I been working out for about 2-3 months now at the gym I use has had a lot more people which is ofc :martin: but it's better than just being :flabbynsick: and being :yeshrug:
