if his game tight....if he speaks any Spanish and got game hell yea...first time i went to Brazil I smashed a shortie off 3 phrases and was invited to this chick's birthday party where i saw some of the finest womens on planet earth my portuguese was ass then tho I got a gang of friends there now, that take good care of me...but u gotta leave the tourist areas where they only see you as a dollar sign

So the trip has been booked. Five days in Punta Cana. From my research, there is usually a good number of women from from Europe and South America vacationing there. I'm trying to find spots where non pro local girls hang.

Staying a a resort but I'm going to be trying to explore the local places during the day.

i went to punta cana a few years ago and no lie in broad daylight women were lined up on the street in town and you could have your pick of the litter

also went to cuba this year and its about the same cept much cheaper, for 20 convertible pesos chicks would give you two hours

panama is like that too, walked back to a hotel many times by myself 4am drunk

DR, Colombia, Venezuela and a couple of others place i wouldn't recommend that though
