what were the complaints ?
There's no need to recast the main X-MEN.
The likes of Jackman, Fassbender and Mcavoy are still alive and can still go
Just plug them into the mainline mcu. fukk a backstory or another origin flick.

There's a certain collective of people who wanna tell you everyone needs to be recast because FOX "didn't know what they were doing.."

Yeah it never made sense as they made a call to get Patrick Stewart in Doc Strange 2 to play his X-MEN character.
I have no doubt Kevin Feige wouldn't want to have the good fox-men actors in his movies.
I mean they've imported the same actors who played Kingpin and Daredevil in the Netflix shows when everyone thought they would recast.
He brought over the OG Spider-Man actors and villains crossed them over into the mcu.
So why wouldn't he do that with Fox-Men and just give them an mcu makeover?
It's quicker and gets things running faster.
A full reboot is just a waste of time. Just import the good Fox X-Men actors. The problem with the movies were the scripts and direction as opposed to casting for most of the characters.
