I’m not seeing results. What am I doing wrong?

I run about 2 miles every night. I plank. I do push-ups. I don’t do crunches cause of my back

My diet is clean. Fruits & vegetables. Water. No fast food. No alcohol

I want a 6 pack. But I’m barely seeing results. I’m 5’11"/175lbs

I think I need to sign up for a gym membership

Do you not have a 6 pack because you have fat over it or do you not have developed ab muscles?

At the end of the day it’s a muscle:

Running and push-ups aren’t going to build them. Planks likely are going to build them much being a static hold.

Gotta incorporate movements that do

2nd one. i want more definition

I see. Damn.. I gotta look up core workouts that won’t put a strain on my back
