Are any of the next gen systems gonna have 4k? Any cable run in 4k?
Cause if not ill just wait till it becomes standard or at least available. By then the tvs should be that much better for the same price as what will be old by then

A good flagship TV is in the $2000+ range in October Sony is gonna put out a 4K TV that's $3500. when the models change next year and the prices fall a bit it might be worth buying.
The 55 inch 4K TV dropped down to 3999 already.
that's the one with the speakers built in on the sides. they're releasing the same TV without those speakers for $500 less. when they come out with new models in 2014 at CES i bet the price on these will fall to closer to $2500 or so. maybe less.

i was in ABC Warehouse and saw the Sony 55HX950 for only $2000 i so wanted to buy it but if i did i know i wouldn't be able to sell this 55 inch LG for jack shyt. i wish i would have waited a little longer on buying that bedroom TV cause that was a damn XBR for $2000 which is only $500 more than i paid for the 46HX850.

my dumb ass went back and bought that TV. i talked him down to $1700 for the display model that had been there three weeks. now i gotta get rid of this 55 inch LG. i put it on Craiglist for $900 and people keep texting me asking if i wanna trade it.
fukking Craigslist. i guess i should have figured anybody that has $900 to spend on a TV ain't looking to buy one on there.
