tell her straight up, rent is due on the first. she needs to kick u down $100 a month or whatever is reasonable for her to afford and still helps you cover the apt.
i think if its not hurting your pockets at all its kinda fukked up to kick her out just to prove a point. you're gonna force her to work more, prolly have to put school on hold, and just struggle in general all because you're handing out life lessons. there is clearly a middle ground where you can get what u want and its not too difficult for her to juggle.

I sympathize for your plight but you survived it and seem to be doing well, no reason to throw your sister in the fire like that. I can see if she was a man. The most I would do would be threaten to take her to court and see if you can get her wages garnished (I wouldnt do this, this would be my extreme in your situation).
