That's not true at all. They also had PPVs in South Carolina. :manny:

But nah, NWA was dope. Of course, as was always the problem with NWA/WCW, it was run by idiots who squandered the money and the roster, but it was great TV most of the time. The OP doesn't know what he's talkin' about... Dustin Rhodes, Slater, and Bunkhouse Buck were in WCW during the '90s, nothing to do with NWA at their height during the 80s. NWA in the late-80s was good TV. And, let's not forget they had the best heel in the history of the biz. Flair is the ONLY heel that was ever the actual top draw of a company for years on end. Even Vince would have to admit that he wishes he had Flair back in the 80s. NWA wasn't the most polished product there was, but that's what made it dope.
