As an older bruh I don't actively seek out every new rap release. If something catches my ear or someone tells me to check something out cool but the days of being up on every release are gone.

I would imagine from his perspective he's coming from the stance of having to shift towards whatever is popular now. If he doesn't want to do that how can you blame him for bowing out?
