Now that he has the school buildings folks still don't/won't apologize.
Instead they switch to "well, when is it going to open" when their original argument was that he wasn't going to buy any school(or more aggressively that he stole the money and spent it on something else)
Waiting for the goal post to move again to....

• then criticize curriculum
• then criticize the f'n lunch lady & her food

When he didn't have the school they complained about the school, he got the school now they complain about opening, the school opens they'll switch to the teachers certification or curriculum .....before all of this they even complained about him having a degree!

Point is they don't care about the school or whatever their gripe of the day is, and instead of saying their true gripe they go on and on about [insert issue here] .
Hell T.I. just got popped for being adjacent to a Hollywood scammer ....If Umar was out here actually being the "scammer" he would have been hemmed up a looonging time ago.
I'm half obliged to donate to the school just to spite those folks, like when people bugged by vegans buy an extra hamburger out of spite.

Why Is he not transparent with the donations? The reason his non profit status got revoked was because he was not transparent with the government about the funds. So what does he do? Creates a brand new ein, slightly changes the name and tells people falsely that he got his tax exempt status back. He knows that he can skate as a pretend tax exempt for three years without showing info to the government or the donors.

Who does he want to pay for the back taxes? Why the donors of course? Why does he even owe back taxes? Due to his negligence in reporting to the irs for three years.



So he is either a stone cold fraud. Or he is just woefully unprepared. He appears to be doing everything solo. Where is his team? Board of directors? Hell who is controlling the money? Is it in escrow and it should be?

The major issue with Umar was that he wasn’t clear about what or where the money was going the whole time. He would just ask for more donations.
Umar didn’t have a plan. He was way in over his head in what he was trying to do. He didn’t realize he needed millions to do what he wanted to do, and relied on his fans/followers to get him there. How is he going to pay for the renovations, hvac, the staff’s payroll, the taxes on the building, and every other nook and cranny in between? When you bring up these concerns Umar and his dikk riders deflect into “not wanting to see the black man win” or something else. No! A functional crackhead had a dream and a base to finance that dream. That is the situation we have here.

By saying this I guess you were one of the many, as was I that wanted to see this man do something positive for the community but as is usually the case, producers, produce more than anything over time and he has had a more than respectable amount of time to say anything and all he does is tour and lecture. If he says he will open a school each year but the plan falls through at the end of each year, how many years have to elapse with no school before your brain allows you to accept the conclusion of him being fraudulent?
