Basically it is the highest level you can attain. He is allowed to do everything that these dudes said for more than 3 years that he had no credentials to do. The only real difference is for him to reach that highest level he has to pass some test and be granted the last level by the state board. He is sanctioned by the state to do what he is doing and that's why he was brought in front of the state board. What he is not allowed to do is to tell anyone that he has attained the highest level title.

At this point these nikkahs are moving the goal post and arguing semantics.

Their original argument was that this nikkah was not licensed to provide any psychological services to children or give assessments and advice to parents. They also argued that he had no PHD. He actually has both

The Pennsylvania Department of Education certifies school psychologists. A school psychologist works under a licensed psychologist. A university does not certify anyone. In PA, a certified school psychologist can only work for a school but can do some private school-type work while they are also working for a school. Umar Johnson says that he currently works for a charter school, which is hard to believe since he is always out of town on speaking engagements and he very unprofessional l-- beefing with and cursing people in videos.

The Pennsylvania Board of Psychology licenses psychologists. A licensed psychologist can practice solo and do the type of therapy that we see on TV and movies. You know, like the patient lies on the couch and talks about their problems. A licensed psychologist may be authorized to do other things, but that's all I know.

My problem with Umar was, he had no problem publicly calling him self "King Kong Konsciosuness" , the "Prince Of Pan-Africanism" and the "most requested speaker in the conscious community" - but allowed people to call him a liar about his PhD, and didn't immediately shut people up.

Don't say it don't matter, because I remember when he went at Boyce, he slyly suggested that Boyce MAY not have his PhD. Boyce got an ego, no doubt - but he invite nikkas to check to see if he really a PhD. Umar could have a PhD, but the way he moved, from what I saw, came off like he really didn't have one.
