Reading this Thread is disheartening...Bruh what the fukk can I eat then besides salads?

Literally everything is pumped full of preservatives and chemicals... even vegetables.
Oatmeal for breakfast, your choice of grilled or steamed protein and veggies or fruit for lunch. And anything from this list for dinner

Made a really good meal with Maitake mushrooms, chard, onions garlic, avocado oil, chickpeas and farro. You have to have access to these types of groceries stores. Then, this meal only last 2 days. Lunch and dinner + lunch next day. Cooking every other day is not the wave. I need to get a wok!

Once you get cooking and shopping basics down it’s easy to add flavor and variety to a healthy diet. Stuff like fit men cook apps and MyFitnessPal helped get me started and I’ve lost almost 60 pounds over the course of a few years. as a single person it can be tough to shop and cook for one, I try and cook the main proteins once every 3-4 days but if I’m cooking salmon for instance I’ll do a few filets at once but season and cook them differently and then do a different veggie or side with them that’s easier to prepare quick. The same chicken with broccoli and rice can get boring

While whole foods aint cheap overall, they produce is reasonable as fukk....especially the fresh veggies

But tbh you have to be taught to eat correctly. ..it isnt some innate property we have that we dismiss ....my lady had to straight up demonstrate how to make several types of kale salads that were flavorful as fukk while healthy as hell....none of that ranch or typical dressing bs....jus oranges....Orange champagne vinegar..balsamic glaze olives hummus...tabouli (sp) etc....i didnt kno shyt about that kinda stuff. Salads went from something I eat begrudgingly to do the" right thing " to something I look forward to...jus one example of many
