It's salty, sugary, cheesy, filling, sometimes gives a head rush, it's cheap as hell and very accessible

Healthy food costs more, takes longer to prepare, requires even moderation, less accessible

They have those test kitchens where they make and remake an item over and over and over again tweeking it to death until they finally find the perfect taste they want before releasing it to the public

Then add to the fact that most humans can eat however much of it they want to until about the age of 23. So you get accustom to eating a certain way until it’s to late for you to change your eating habits without max effort

First the 10 nuggets for a dollar and now this shyt. I changed my nutrition game not that long ago so I don't indulge in fast food nor the greasy food but most people I know do. Most people eat whatever they can afford these days. This is why America has an obesity problem




This is a gem, been a long held believe of mine

Everything in moderation. Work out, make sure you have some greens on your plate at some point in the day, reduce your fast food/Fried food intake and you’ll be fine. My physicals been A1 for the past 10 years :manny:

Moderation is key. What's a weekly cheat meal for some is a daily meal for others. Like I said before, the tongue is the hardest muscle to utilize to be in shape.
