I’m a kyokushin fighter. Our training isn’t lightweight. It’s “boot camp” 3x a week and once a month on Saturdays. I’ll be fine.

I enlisted at 36, and Air Force boot camp was easy as hell but I'm a young 36 not sick and flabby. If you join at a older age people are either going to crack jokes on you or ask you why you waited so late. I got tough skin so shyt didn't bother me.
