My bf's Miami landlord is technically breaking the rules by renting out the place; however, when anyone asks, he just says that he's visiting "landlord's name" for a few weeks. The man has been doing it for years and no one reports him because the people are just "visiting."

Yup, moving into a condo in downtown Toronto on Oct 15th, right beside the Rogers Center. You best believe I'll be renting it out everytime there is a big event weekend like UFC and all that shyt.

Will be doing it through Airbnb as I've rented from folks through there.

Having a high security deposit also helps you weed out the trash people.
