These teachers are building staff morale at a time after the pandemic when morale is low and teachers are leaving the profession.
Who are we, who don't fight the battles they fight every day in the classroom, to judge what clothes make them comfortable to inspire the young leaders of tomorrow?
There is a scarcity of straight men of color in classrooms across the nation and these women are doing their part to attract young men of color to choose a noble profession that they would otherwise ignore.
God bless these fine young ladies for doing what other can't, won't or simply don't do to shape tomorrow's future.
