Do you consider that an ethical violation ? Because you’re implying that you manipulate results and records based on what the lawyers needs are? The legal fees for most states are 33% do you receive any “kickbacks” for the results? What are the rates for chiropractic services based on? What percentage of patients at your office are personal injury related and workmen’s comp?

The title of your thread is a bit misleading. Technically you don’t have a medical degree and can’t prescribe medication. You kind of downplayed that aspect in this thread. That’s the issue, But I mean.. it’s still a good position if you have the right intentions for it. No shade until you said that lawyers come to you for the “right results” when it should be the opposite.

Know how to get the paperwork right, and manipulate is two totally different things

I did not imply nothing close to that

I know the right questions to ask, to get the answers that arbitrators will be looking for, i know the right exams to perform because if positive they change the landscape of the case, i never cook my paperwork, it is what it is, i don’t go to create pain or injuries


33% is standard, and goes up from there based upon going to court etc, but at the end of it all, no one is going to make more than the client, so lawyers and doctors eat percentages of their bills, to get the client the best income

I never have taken a kick back,or even been offered one, but i wouldn’t be surprised if some doctors do payola to get a lawyer or law firm to send them more of their clients then the other doctors

Rates are based individually if a cash practice, and at or around normal reimbursement for the state, Illinois has a high insurance reimbursement than Louisiana
