Live your own life
Some people think going out there struggling and being 50K in debt is life.

So naturally they hate when someone does something different. I defend OP because I used to be him. My only regret was not staying 1 years longer but I had stacked enough so it doesn't matter

I advised the young men to take their time to build their money up before moving out. If you don't have a genuine bound with your parents, then do what you got to do. Life is difficult when you are not ready to handle bills on your own.

Went back here and there but it got old real quick. once you get a taste of having your own shyt you cant do the roomate thing again. mufukkkas be dirty as shyt, leaving skid marks in the toilet and shyt. Hell naw I cant do it. Yeah I lose out on $1600+ every month but its worth it 100 times over.

Insignificant posting from an insignificant poster
Of all the topics and comments that have been uttered thus far, not one single person mentioned...

"family unity".

In this day and age, with rising cost of land property, taxes, inflation... as a cohesive unit and monetary strength in numbers, that stuff will nil effect you as
much as say, if you were living solo.

If you moved with a lady friend, that's different, but not everybody is in the same situation as a person who got a great degree, exceptional networking skills
and moved across country to work that exemplary corporate job.

Some of us are more modest income earners and live that blue collar dream; with that said, blue collar people tend to be more family oriented due to compassion for
hard physical labor... and that's how most of our parents came up in the 70's, 80's, 90's (this pertains especially to immigrants).

The argument can be swung in multiple directions, but a lot of people who still live at home not only help with bills and household upkeep, but they give the aging kin a piece
of mind - a sense of guard and protection.

Say something happen to your folks and some fulgazy electricians say they noticed the wires were hanging from the side of the household and they had to fix it immediately
or the power company will turn off the power indefinitely. Old folks always give people the benefit of doubt because they assume good in people cuz they ain't got time to fend
off strangers.

If you have a son/daughter who knows better, can deflect the sitchayshun and save the family thousands of dollars and hassle/grief. You see what i just did there?

But to these monetarily successful millenials and homowners... their ultimate conclusion is, "Naw playa, you at a certain age, so by OUR standards, society's standards, you gotta
ditch your parents and not care for them anymore cuz it will help you land dates and we, the internet folks will approve of you."

These cats left for a reason breagh. They selfish. They don't care about their family.

They don't want to water moms plants when her ankle hurteds. They don't want to help dad install the new Divx player cuz they jet setting to Wallyworld and Atlantica Islands.

There's a special sentiment that children who are still at home have that no other nest departers can announce... that home is where the heart is...

... and you can't put a value on that.

*hugs mom EVERY day while eating good and takes dog out for walk cuz dad's wheel chair rim has a busted spoke*

:ohlawd:

This is why blacks can't get anywhere:wow: Like I said, he probably won't find a wife but he will find plenty of sex as long as his whip game is on par. I live in Miami and over 40% of people spend half their paychecks on rent... Trust bro...

I know 30 year old dudes living at home cause they're bums, not cause they have some great plan to stack money and buy a house. But its good to hear about folks with an actual plan. I woulda did that in my late teens/ early 20s to stack bread if I could have but some of us don't got cool parents like that.

Sorrow, hating people are mad at dudes for staying at home with their parents and saving shyt load of money.:mjlol:What is the point of hating on this idea of staying with parents until you get your life together ? This should be the model for young men who has a great relationship with their parents and wants to concentrate on their priorities. It is better to be prepared for the real world of responsibilities than to be broke and struggle.

Nothing wrong with staying with ur folks to get ur bread straight, but the OP is staying with his folks, over 30 and pushing a 2014 Lexus. That's some ass backwards shyt having a fly whip while living with ur momma.
