I've seen so many broke nikkas here in california move out of there parents house only to move into apartments where they paying 1500 a month in rent and there monthly income is questionable, BUT HEY I MOVED OUT ON MY OWN, because that's what society tells me to do.
I see asians and hispanics staying at home stacking money up while nikkas and whites out here struggling and barley can afford rent cause they trying to impress motherfukkers

Truth, my boy stayed home, got married and he's trini, then moved out and bought a house with his wife and two beamers... dudes about 34 now with kids. Truth is though alot of that is culture, these trini chicks are known to move into momma with her man and not give a damn, for black and white dudes we know these females ain't having no part of that stuff. I live in Miami which pratically sucks and I see dudes not dealing with African American minded women and marrying the first island chick they meet.
To be very blunt, it's much easier when you have a wife or fiance than to be single, especially as a black man.
My American homie does this, he's pushing 38 though never left home but still has no problem cutting females in the hotel, his car or her spot. He deals with hoodrats so it's easier for him.
