yall make this thread like every month b........i co-own a house with my mom at 26.............and my sister lives here too............i'll leave when i can buy my own house in a couple years...im not moving into no apartment
Considering something like half our generation still lives at home, No you're not a loser. Though I'm very happy to be part of the half to not live at home lol.

Well, honestly, it doesn't make you a winner. Say that sh#t out loud while looking in the mirror, "I'm 25 years old and live with my parents." Doesn't sound too good, right?
If you're doing it for a SHORT, repeat SHORT, period of time for a specified purpose, then its cool. But if you're 25 and never left home, then that's not good.
At the end of the day, you can't expect true respect as a young man until you do man things. Man things include having your own place to call home.
The good part is that you realize that something needs to change. That's the start of every great improvement in life.

Company I worked for lost their Medicare license so they were forced to shut down and laid everyone off so I'm collecting unemployment and plan to finish college (I only have two classes left) in the winter but besides that I'm about to start a website and if the website looks to not be promising as far as supporting me financially then ima just have to suit up and start from scratch again working in another office

I remember when I was living at home and had to go on burn runs all the time because I couldn't smoke weed in my folks home.
I lived at home for a year after I left college in Ohio to move back to Pittsburgh in 2004. I still managed to smash hoes in my parents home...
Well I can actually do that now. That's really what's hard. My parents are too fukking cool. They are textbook hippies. My parents smoke weed and drink regularly, they are very care free spirits so its like damn, why leave? My reason for wanting to leave has nothing to do with them, I just feel its about that time to spread my wings and take off
