A motivated CP3 this year will be something to see, he took a backseat willingly for Harden to do what he does, but yal acting like he's washed and not still a highly skilled player in this league are tweaking.

If his contract wasn't ridiculous he would have been traded yesterday

I have no clue how the Heat are supposed to get Beal other than just waiting 2 years until he's a FA.

Taking on Wall & Beal together to get Washington off that Wall money is damn near impossible since they make $65+m. The Heat can't trade a 1st round pick until 2025. Heat would probably have to send Winslow, Herro, & Adebayo to make up for lack of picks.

Dragic, Winslow, Herro, & Adebayo make $39+m, so they'd still be $25m short of getting around the same money so the Heat would have to send 2 more of their big contracts. Plus Washington would have to dump some players to clear spots for everybody that would be coming in the trade.

Even if they do trade Beal (which they keep saying they won't do) they can get more elsewhere

Wizards should hop on that deal and do a reset. I think Rui is gonna be a nice face of the franchise through the tanking years so it's not like it will be unwatchable.
