The Seahawks and Colts both have crap olines and crap weapons.
The Colts have crap weapons?

Even if you think the Colts have crap weapons (which is total bullshyt outside of their RB group which wasn't all that worse than our hodgepodge of bums), at least they've gone and addressed this via the draft. shyt, the year they drafted Luck they drafted weapons and keep doing so.

The Seahawks have Lynch. We had... We had... We had... yeah. (and even those motherfukkers looked to add legitimate pieces-- this year, Jimmy fukking Graham), and if we really wanna go in on this, those receivers were no name guys who looked halfway serviceable. The Jets have difficulty finding anyone at any position who can do that, so slurp Russell all you want, but that team knows how to spot guys off the scrap heap. They're so good, your team hired the guy who literally just crunched numbers hoping some of the magic would rub off. If we didn't have a legit search we woulda hired the guy who does Russell's dry cleaning and you woulda applauded it.

The Seahawks traded for Lynch. If you paired Geno with the Colts "weapons" over the last two years he's still Geno Smith and the Jets still blow.

Idzik had to go, but the narrative is so silly regarding talent acquisition it's hysterical. If Idzik had the first pick in the Luck draft we go to the playoffs both years. Rex was a much bigger issue than Idzik overall. Luckily Woody came to his senses and dumped both.

But still with Jets trying to recreate the 2012 secondary we still have no chance with Geno.

We had FEZ and we made the playoffs the first two years. FEZ! Why? We had a fukking squad around him. When we didn't have a good team around him, we REALLY sucked.

If we don't do well with Geno, cool. At least the next QB will have something to work with as opposed to the scenario you'd like to envision.

If only the Jets traded the #6 overall and Mangold for Jimmy Graham to really give Geno weapons to not suck.

Sanchez was horrible. You don't get extra credit for hitching your wagon to the wrong donkey. It took an act from God to make the playoffs in 09 and in '10 we had no business not winning the division with that talent

So you'd deal our best O-Lineman and a super high draft pick for shyts and giggles?

I wouldn't be too against it... if the team knew how to identify talent, which they don't (not gonna include this regime, we'll see how they fare). THAT was just as big of a problem as Rex /Idzik was.

No I wouldn't. In retrospect dealing Abraham for a center was stupid.
