Of course Spidey #1 he the gawd MC of this shyt, he set the formula for the tragic hero :blessed:

Jean Grey being top 5 is :mjlol:

Same for Daredevil being top 3 :mjlol:

As much as I dislike Starks, he should be way higher than #10 same for Hulk only being #8, he should be top 3 Planet Hulk/World War Hulk is still probably my favorite storyline ever.

And they really gave Mr. Fantastic the shaft here, even Sue Storm don't give a fukk about Sue Storm

And my nikka Hank gets no love but I expected that :to:

Wolverine was one of the original anti-heroes along with the Punisher.

Dude's been killing people since he was a kid.

Like I said, Castle said he was a mass murderer.

That's why he's struggled with his animal instincts not to be like Sabretooth, been recruited by teams to kill if need be, and was the leader of Cyke's version of X-Force.

And yeah, I like Spiderman too.

Disagree. Wolverine is a REDEMPTION hero, and arguably the greatest one ever.

First of all, Wolverine WAS an government assassin and a soldier, just like Captain America and Bucky. Killing was part of the job description and all this was before he was ever actually in full control of his mental faculties. Wolverine has spent most of his life trying to train those habits out of his system.

But Wolverine for all intensive purposes should be a VILLIAN, but he's not. He's literally gone through just about every villain origin story you could name and lived through the worst humanity has to offer from the entire world hunting him down to kill him to being experimented on for decades. Any single one of these things can and has broken other characters but despite it all, Wolverine still tries to be a hero, despite not even really knowing how to do it UNTIL Xavier came into his life. His entire story has been a story of growth from a savage to a hero and his goal is to leave the world a better place than he found it, which he's done so by starting his own school. Wolverine has done more than most heroes combined which is ultimately impressive because he started in the deepest hole.

You're taking my post out of context.

I agree with you.

He still is a murdering anti-hero but only when he feels its justified.

He's been described as a "failed samurai."

Well what makes an "anti-hero" is subjective, but Cap, Iron man, Cyclops, Thor and Spider-Man all got bodies on their resume as well. Killing is black and white, ain't no certain number before you reach the point of no return, they can't throw shade at Logan because none of them are innocent in that direction. Wolverine is just honest about what he is and what he's done and makes it a point to keep "that world" strictly to himself and stop others from descending to that world, because there is no coming back from it. That's literally what the entire X-Force run was about.

It's not subjective.

Wolverine's been killing people since his childhood centuries ago.

I hate to use wiki as a source but it's cited eight times at least:

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Antihero

Cap, Starks, (fukk) Summers but Summer, I can't speak for Thor, and Spider Man all go into battle with the intention not to kill.

Wolverine is like Punisher, he goes in with the intention if it comes to it then fine.

Except for Creed and Cyclops who he admittley held back on. Besides when he killed Sabretooth.
