I agree with you on this Maye footwork is trash and his accuracy is inconsistent he shows flashes but I wouldn't draft him I'm going to keep it real I feel like it's Caleb and that's it I don't like QBs like Jayden Daniels that just has one good season he's not a physical specimen like cam newton,he doesn't have perfect mechanics, read the field in pre or post snap and has pinpoint accuracy like Joe Burrow I would pass on him too maybe as a second round pick I would draft him but not top 15 that's just my option tho

Honestly I feel like fields two of his three flaws can be corrected fields drop back is really slow and has a slow release I feel like those two things can be corrected with good coaching but throwing with anticipation is the one I don't think can be corrected

Its like he internally panics and gets tunnel vision when he has to scramble or get off script

The throwing with anticipation shyt is why Shanny never had any interest in him and why Miami will have no interest in him either
That's a key component of their offense

Fields's main issue is the slow processing speed. Basically same stuff he said about him in college saying he should've stayed in school longer than declare:
