Prison muscles are just musculature dudes gain from working out in prison, so if you're saying that prison swole matters, it stands to reasons that swole matters too because they're the same thing except prison dudes are often more dedicated with better results. Prison swole is basically high level swole that comes from all-around concentric workout. Some people are naturally gifted punchers, like some guys have naturally powerful throwing arms, but everything else equal, punching power should increase the stronger a person gets like football arm strength should improve once a QB gets into the weight room.
