We're supposed to be strong and shyt, but we got nikkas out here with frail ass arms. You're right. Men tend to have thicker bones, more power, speed, etc. Increases in strength is correlated with an increase in max power output, acceleration, etc.Working out also leads to HGH output and thicker bones. If you're not working out and reaping these benefits, you're not a man.
