I never understood that concept of hating someone for being gay. What they do with their mouth and penis doesn't affect me in any way. And our relationship shouldn't be measured by what they choose to do sexually. If I loved them before they was gay I'd love them just the same after I've found out. I found out another friend who is married is bisexual....he doesnt know I know either.......there was a time I had some drama and out of all the people I know he was prepared to bust his guns when others were shook...so were still cool

I had two friends come out as gay within like the past 2 months. Luckily I didn't really hang out with them much so it wasn't a problem. It certainly can make things weird because then you start questioning whether they like you or not.

after one of my friends recently came out as gay, I had posted a selfie on facebook and dude commented "you're one handsome son of a bytch"

now, if it were one of my straight friends that said that I'd take it as a compliment, but the fact that I know the dude is gay who said that makes things so I guess it also depends on the person that is coming out as gay. Dude probably hoped that I was gay as well.

already happened...2 weeks after we graduated HS...but he was still my friend until his personal drama started spilling into my life and he was starting to accuse me of not helping him out of it..so I had to cut him loose..i haven't talked to him in 9 years
