If you think about it a bit, why is Nastradamas considered a "wack album"?

the album is pretty solid if you think about it, the joint with mobb deep, project windows, you OWE ME wasn't as BAD as yall make it out to be, that was a killer timbo beat, God Love us, life we chose, Shoot em up was something creative with that christmas carol flow, plus havoc's beat was hot! so i mean, i don't get it, this album wasn't horrible by any means necessary!

This is an apologist thread for the worst Nas album..Nas is still one of the greatest, but he obviously phoned that album in with no energy and creativity. The album was just boring and bland, plain and simple. He bounced back splendidly with Stillmatic, so he gets major props for that;

In other words, there's nothing wrong with admitting that Nas dropped one dud album and still rebounded to remain one of the greatest

Coming after Illmatic, It Was Written and I Am...Nastradamus just doesn't hold up well. It's underwhelming for someone of Nas's stature. Life We Chose,,Project Window, and Last Words are classic Nas records, but the rest is disjointed and feels uninspired...

I copped it when it 1st came out. It was all right but it did fall short. It has to be his worst album but it wasn't that bad. I've heard worst albums.

My favorite track at the time was Shoot Em Up.

Yeah, Shoot Em Up is probably my favorite track on the album. Haven't listened to the whole album in years tho, I should listen to it again to give u an updated opinion.

Project Windows is another great track. Also You Owe Me is good for what it is. A club record. Nothing more, nothing less.
