there is VERY little blood in cooked steak muscle meat.

that red shyt is called myoglobin. think of it as a melted protein.

its just fibers of protein in your meat that denature under temperature. its a part of muscle. how hot myoglobin is is what determines the color of meat.

i dont care about that shyt because im not a puss, and i recognize that rare->medium cooked meat has better flavor and texture.

Eskimos eat an 80-85% animal diet, and most of it is fat. They have very low heart failures than we do.

That shyt has been debunked. Like I said, in Brazil everyone eats the fat. It's blasphemous to throw it away.

Not only does it taste better, but its better for you. You're not burning/cooking away all the vitamins and shyt in the meat when you've got some of that delicious redness in dat bytch
