The best steak i ever had was in new orleans when i went there for a meeting def left me like First time i had medium rare, but I havent been able to find a steak that good. Its literally the lost grail, and the worst part i dont even remember the restaurant i went to

But for the most part i'm not a fan of steak cuz i feel for the most part it lacks taste; whereas chicken is almost always good when you go out.

For e. coli reasons? It's different for a burger since bacteria on the surface of the meat gets mixed up in the mince.

It's illegal to import the beef from Japan so there's no way it would end up here in the first place. So why can American restaurants call it Kobe beef? Ribeye is the best NY strip is to dry because it doesnt have good marbling when a good cut of Ribeye wont be to fatty and wont be to lean
