His superpower seems the most practical and unique. He's one of the smartest people in the dc universe and has a natural appitude for learning new skills. Like, he can read a book on surgery and be able to perform it. Think of all the potential that comes with a power like that.

He's also a successful business man that produces new tech. Some of which he uses to fight crime.

I would think Batman would be exhausting. I have to go run a Fortune 500 company by day, plus workout, and train, and come up with all kinds of contraptions, AND fight crime at night in a heavy and uncomfortable bat suit, with a damn cape, and my eyes partially covered, and potentially limited peripheral vision. What time does Bruce go to bed, and what time does he wake up, and go to the office? Plus he has business trips?

I’ll just have the money, and donate to charities, and have some mentorship programs, scholarships, grants, and some pizza parties for the kids.
