You need to go read some Thurgood Marshall, Dr. King, and Frederick Douglass and understand that they drew their power from a sense of American ideals and political philosophy. They used this country's own LAWS and Ideals against those who wished to outcast them.

slow down champ. im working social activism from a number of angles but forgive me if ive lost some faith in our political process. time is money and more importantly time is ENERGY and right now i dont have either when it comes to political mechanisms and their tendency to create change either slowly or not at all. imo there are better strategies than political participation we can use to achieve our goals.

and dont get me wrong im not knocking anybody who is into politics because people can participate in whatever they want, but it aint for me.

the beast has shown time and time again that it doesnt give a fukk about votes, or protests, or lawsuits, morality, or the masses coppin pleas, etc., the beast does what it wants more or less.

so when push comes to shove if you WANT change you have to MAKE change, not ASK your oppressor for change, especially when your oppressor has consistently shown it doesnt give a fukk.

make sure you pay special attention to the last :15 secs
