yep our "wedding" was a private ceremony with 6 ppl. my dress was was a $200 maxi dress from anthropologie that is casual enough to actaully wear other places if i want. honeymoon was a week spent at our beachhouse which we already rent so no extra money for flights and all that. i'm proud of how inexpenisve and smart we kept the spending tbh.

It's always interesting how you can get a couple who were happy together for like 10 years, then when they get married everything is over the minute they get back from the honeymoon. I know of so many examples personally....even in my own family.
