If he's Paul George good then naw. Traded that for a guy that put 26/12. Cant blame them for that risk.
If he's young TMac or KD without the handles then yes.
It should be noted that the Cavs wanted to draft Embiid before the foot problems. They had Jabari Parker higher on their board as well BEFORE LeBron showed up. They also inquired about trading for Al Horford with the pick and wanted Kevin Love before LeBron signed as well.
So the truth is no matter how great Wiggins is or will be. The Cavs were never as high on him to the point where they'd turn down Kevin Love.

Just one of the articles supporting what I was talking about. The Cavs sort of settled on Wiggins. They were actively seeking other players in a trade and also the front office wanted Parker before Gilbert stepped in. So long before LeBron ever a thought of returning, Embiid, Parker and other trade assets were viewed higher than Wiggins. But the foot injury to Embiid, the fact Gilbert wanted Wiggins over the Front Office wanting Parker, and no commit from Love during the draft process changed things.

The Cleveland Cavaliers are interested in acquiring an established All-Star big via trade.
Kevin Love is of interest to the Cavaliers and is the closest player in a group that could be available that includes Joakim Noah, LaMarcus Aldridge and Al Horford.
Aldridge was mentioned in trade rumors a year ago, but the Blazers are now trending upwards after advancing into the second round.

Post all-star break Wiggins was a 20.0ppg, 4.9rpg, 2.3apg on 45% player

Kevin Love is an injur prone career looser. I'm glad wiggins got away from Lebron and Kyrie, two of the biggest ball hogs in the league.
Wiggins already got a better offensive arsenal than Bron, he just has to perfect it.
