I didn't say let the heron dealer off, there is a whole host of problems with ghettos, I just say its the system working correctly.

Most nikkas that get locked up on drug charges are for minor drugs and non violent offences,

shyt I get pulled over and harassed all the time by the cops, never got a ticket never been arrested, but that doesn't stop them from seeing a criminal when they look at me.we are a target.
