The image you posted of the moon in the day time is light reflecting off the moon in the same way it does in the day time.

The moon appears to be 3 dimensional but it's not a solid object
You can see stars through it at times
You can also see blue sky through the moon, which wouldn't make sense if it was a solid object in "outer space"

Select a specific location in the Arctic circle (IN THE SOUTHERN HEMISPHERE) and see if that location gets 24 hours of day light for today's date. If it does, there is no possible way that earth is a disk.
