Its a ton of unknown & known rappers you wouldnt think is selling thats going gold & platinum everyday at least from singles all due to streaming

Drake killing steams because he has a huge fanbase & views & the playlist had & has so many undeniable hits

But fake views is basically fans, label heads & mates and friends over streaming songs & albums which isnt a crime its like buying extra hardcopies

The main article that exposed the fake streaming numbers claimed that Apple, Tidal and Spotify were the ones cooking number for those exclusive albums NOT the labels. So Def Jam wouldn't be able to cook Big Sean's numbers but if he made his album Apple exclusive then Apple could cook his numbers.

There is no Soundscan for streaming, the platforms have to publish that info themselves and nobody checks to see if its accurate

let these dudes tell it Apple is doing it just to be doing because their is no profit incentive in it at all
