This dude only made it up to like 370 and still had all this excess skin left over to remind him everyday of what he used to look like. And he's got a couple of vids on his page showing how it looks when he works out as well. :francis:


With the billy, you'll get the operations and be set. Also homeboy lost it without working out. If you actually workout/train every day, and reduce the diet, your skin isn't going to hang at all.

That's what a lot of posters don't understand, heavy weight doesn't automatically mean bad health. Football players and Sumo wrestlers are some of the healthiest folks. On top of that, if you train like either, you'll have a lot of muscle mass, much more so than fat. So when have to lose weight, you end up being muscular.

Gaining 25 pounds ahs been a journey in and of itself.

I could probably cut the weight quickly, but not a chance in hell I'd be able to get to 400
