commercially I think he's already surpassed jeezy, though it had a lower first week Teflon Don actually outsold 103 (it's sitting at like 750k...103 gonna max out at like 650k) because Ross continued to get bigger since it's release...
You're better than that breh. 103 has been out
6 months (released in December) and sits at 623,000. Teflon Don has been out for an even
2 years and as of May had 724,000 sold. You're telling me in 1 1/2 years Jeezy won't have sold that 100k difference?
- Jeezy is done.. no one bumps his music like that.. when the last time you heard somebody bumping some new Jeezy
What kind of argument is that? When did the imaginary, unprovable measurements of "people who bump his music like that" or "whips playing this song in the hood" somehow replace radio spins, album sales, and chart history? The album is past its release cycle, he's toured for it already, singles aren't coming out anymore so of course his music isn't getting bumped like it was in the winter and spring. When it comes to measuring relevance in ways that don't have to do with opinion, Jeezy's track with Ne-Yo did better than literally anything MMG's put out in the same amount of time. Better than anything on Rich Forever, Dreamchasers 2, Self Made Vol. 2 and GFID. Yeah, threadstarter definitely flip flopped when it came to Big Sean vs. Cole, but when you say things like Jeezy's done, then yes Ross will have flopped if he doesn't sell more.
