as far as the question though i’d definitely say NXT is the most consistent brand as far as putting on good PPVs but idk about the GOAT
if they can keep it up for 5-10 more years than i’d have no problem throwing their name in the discussion for GOAT contention

It’s had down periods just like any other brand/fed, but it’s highs have been pretty damn high. I don’t know where it’d rank all time but if it ended tomorrow it’d definitely be fondly looked back on. The GOAT tho? Nah.

I like NXT but its overrated.
their weekly show is far from must-see TV.
the takeover specials are where its at for them, but im not gonna turn a blind eye to the fact that they only have 5 matches on those cards.
it also doesn't help that the WWE young buls the brand as a minor league.
and if it wasn't part of the WWE, most of its fans wouldn't care to watch. we definitely wouldn't be having this discussion.

NJPW feels like a whole bunch of similar shyt to me. I can't get into it.
NXT stays fresh because people get drafted to the main roster before I have time to get bored of them. Meanwhile I feel like Okada has been in every NJPW main event since like 1996.
Another thing that's better about NXT is the shows don't drag on for too long. I just looked up the card for Sakura Genesis, and they had a 30 minute match between Will Ospreay and Marty Scurll, then Okada went 34 minutes with Zack Sabre Jr
